With both a Naples-born chef and owners, Alex & Teresa’s Pizzeria & Trattoria is a labor of love years in the making. After working in kitchens and restaurants from Italy to New York to North Carolina, husband and wife owners Alex and Teresa enlisted their close friend Chef Alberto to strike out on their own.

The restaurant is an experiment in transformation, taking over a chain-restaurant pizza location and slowly revealing the trio’s vision of a true-to-life Italian trattoria right here in Cary, NC. From the second you walk in, you’re a part of our family.

The pastas and sauces are handmade daily, which you can see right in front of you while you eat. Every item is fresh and cooked to order, seasoned with herbs from the garden and layered with our very own mozzarella fresca that is hand-pulled in house. Each pizza is made from the highest quality ingredients, tossed with the skillful hands of our lead pizzaiolo and then fired up in our ovens to a thin, crispy perfection.
